29. A system comprising:
an encoder configured to
correlate one or more instances of one or more features in a first image to instances of the same features in a reference
image,
determine a first region, which occurs in both the first image and the reference image but possibly displaced between the
first image and the reference image, based on the correlation of features in the first image to instances of the same features
in the reference image; and
a decoder configured to
receive information from the encoder, and
update a second image by employing a copy of the reference image to reconstruct the first region.
