1. An electrical connector comprising:
a first leadframe housing having a portion of a first electrical contact extending therethrough; and
a second leadframe housing having a portion of a second electrical contact extending therethrough,
wherein the second leadframe housing is disposed adjacent to the first leadframe housing such that an air gap is formed between
the respective portions of the electrical contacts that extend through the leadframe housings,
wherein the gap has a gap width that provides for a desired impedance profile between the electrical contacts, and
wherein the impedance profile is a uniform impedance profile along the respective portions of the contacts that extend through
the leadframe housings.
