A flexible tension structure apparatus formed into a double catenary shape, said structure located above the approximate equator of a rotating non-luminous celestial body, with one catenary below geosynchronous orbit altitude and the other catenary above geosynchronous orbit altitude, and with a section of the flexible tension structure between the catenaries serving as the carriage of a vertical transport device. |
