1. A heat stake head assembly, comprising:
a heating module including a heatable head surface;
a module head, comprising a housing having a plurality of through receptacles formed between a first surface and a second
surface, said module head mountable onto said heating module such that said first surface is in contact with said heatable
head surface;
a set of stake tip elements, each having a head end and a tip, each for fitting into one of said plurality of through receptacles
such that the tips of the stake tip elements protrude from said second surface; and
a plurality of each biasing structures for biasing a respective stake tip element into contact with said heatable head surface.
