1. A differential amplifier, comprising:
two amplifier transistors arranged in parallel paths and having emitters, respectively;
a compensation resistor connecting the emitters of said two amplifier transistors and having a negative temperature coefficient;
a common emitter line connected to the emitters of said two amplifier transistors; and a current source, connected to said
common emitter line, to produce a quiescent current independent of temperature.
