1. A closure for a bottle, the bottle having a body and a neck, the neck extending along a longitudinal axis and having an inner surface, an outer surface and a flat top, the closure comprising: a pourer body fixed axially and angularly to the bottle neck, extending axially along said outer surface of the bottle neck and being provided with a bottom edge; a cap having a skirt which is screwed onto the pourer body; a sleeve having an outer surface and composed of at least two separate portions extending around the bottle neck; and a tubular appendix axially connected to said skirt of the cap, said tubular appendix extending around said sleeve and covering the outer surface of said sleeve and keeping the at least two portions circumferentially adjacent to each other before the cap is removed from the pourer body, and to allow the at least two portions of the sleeve to fall away from the bottle neck when the cap is removed from the pourer body.
