1. A compound represented by the formula ![]() wherein Ar1 is an aromatic ring group optionally having substituents,
Ar2 is an aromatic ring group having substituents,
OR″ is an optionally protected hydroxyl group,
R is an acyl group, and
R' is a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon group optionally having substituents, or a salt thereof;
except tert-butyl benzyl-[2(S)-hydroxy-2-thiazol-2-yl-1(S)-(4-trifluoromethyl-benzyl)-ethyl]-carbamate.
