1. A solid electrolytic capacitor formed with a dielectric coating and a solid electrolyte layer successively formed on a
surface of an anode body; wherein
said solid electrolyte layer includes a conductive polymer containing at least
a tetrahydronaphthalenesulfonate ion expressed as a general formula (1)
![]() (in the formula, m1 represents an integer not less than 0, p represents an integer not less than 1, and R1 represents an alkyl group having a carbon number of 1–20) and
a naphthalenesulfonate ion expressed as a general formula (2)
![]() (in the formula, m2 represents an integer not less than 0, q represents an integer not less than 1, and R2 represents an alkyl group having a carbon number of 1–20, and the formula includes any naphthalenesulfonate ion having an
alkyl group and a sulfonate ion group each substituting for a hydrogen atom in at least one of aromatic rings)
as dopants.
