1. An aqueous composition comprising a silsesquioxane, a surfactant, 1 to 8 weight percent of a peroxy compound, and a sequestering agent selected from the group consisting of EDTA and a salt thereof, citric acid and a salt thereof, boric acid and a salt thereof, nitrilotriacetic acid and a salt thereof, metal orthophosphates, an alkali tripolyphosphate, an alkali metal pyrophosphate, an alkali metal hexametaphosphate, and a mixture thereof, wherein said composition has a pH of 4 to 5.5. |
