1. A method for performing image processing, said method comprising the steps of:
inputting image data corresponding to plural image objects;
grouping the plural image objects based on the image data, a set of grouped plural image objects being divided from a single
original image object;
detecting a characteristic of the single original image object based on the image data corresponding to the grouped plural
image objects;
setting an image processing condition for the grouped plural image objects based on the detected characteristic; and
performing image processing on the image data corresponding to the grouped plural image objects using the image processing
condition set in said setting step.
