1. An apparatus for remotely controlled cleaning of the interior of tanks, comprising:
a) at least one arm comprising a plurality of arm sections;
b) a nozzle mounted on said arm and fluidly coupled to a hose;
c) plurality of rotary actuators disposed on said arm, the plurality of rotary actuators cooperating to rotate said nozzle
around at least three axis;
d) a video camera mounted on said at least one arm;
e) a supply pump coupled to said hose; and
f) a control panel comprising a video signal receiver connected to said video camera, and controls operatively connected to
said plurality of rotary actuators.
