1. A liquid crystal display device comprising:
first and second organic interlaminar insulating films between pixel electrode and wire,
wherein said first interlaminar insulating film directly contacts source electrode, source wire, drain electrode and back channel,
underlying one of said organic interlaminar insulating films is directly in contact with a channel part of a TFT,
wherein the liquid crystal display device is of a bottom gate structure,
wherein the pixel electrode covers the drain electrode and back-channel, and
wherein the first and second interlaminar insulating films are not separated by an electrode,
said first organic interlaminar insulating film comprises at least one organic layer forming material selected from the group consisting of polysilazane, siloxane resin and benzocyclopolybutene polymer wherein said organic layer forming material has a water absorption of not more than 1% , and
said second organic interlaminar insulating film comprises an organic layer forming material of an acrylic resin which is soluble in dimethylene glycol methylethyl ether,
wherein the second interlaminar insulating film is in direct contact with the entire first interlaminar insulating film.
