a holder holding said cutter head,
wherein one of said cutter head and said holder has a recess formed in an axial end portion thereof and defined by a circumferential
wall thereof,
wherein the other of said cutter head and said holder has a protrusion formed in an axial end portion thereof, such that said
cutter head and said holder are detachably attached to each other, with said protrusion being introduced in said recess by
an axial distance,
wherein said one of said cutter head and said holder has a pair of coaxial holes in the form of first and second pin receiver
holes which are formed in said circumferential wall and which are coaxial with each other,
wherein said other of said cutter head and said holder has an engaging surface which is recessed from an outer circumferential
surface of said protrusion and which is held in engagement with a pin that is received in said first and second pin receiver
holes,
and wherein each of said first and second pin receiver holes has an axis which is inclined, with respect to a plane that is
