1. A static dissipative textile comprising a fabric comprising a plurality of fibers and having a first surface and a second surface opposite the first surface, the textile comprising an electrically conductive coating disposed on the first surface of the fabric, the electrically conductive coating comprising a conducting agent and a binding agent, the textile further comprising a finish disposed on the second surface of the fabric, the finish contacting at least a portion of the fibers disposed on the second surface of the fabric, the finish comprising a soil release agent. |
