1. A method of generating electromagnetic radiation, the method comprising:
continually generating electromagnetic radiation to illuminate an object, the electromagnetic radiation initially having a
set of default attributes; and
repeatedly adjusting at least one attribute of the electromagnetic radiation based on a characteristic of the object, the
adjusting including:
determining a set of desired attributes of the electromagnetic radiation based on the characteristic and an efficacy of the
electromagnetic radiation to provide at least one of: a high resolution or a high contrast for an object having the characteristic;
and
adjusting at least one attribute of the electromagnetic radiation emitted from an emitting element based on the set of desired
attributes.
