1. A compound of Formula I, or pharmaceutically-acceptable salts, tautomers, solvates, or hydrates thereof:

Z1═absent;
Q1 and Q2 are independently O or S;
A1 and A2 are independently hydrogen, halo, alkyl, or alkoxy, optionally substituted;
n═1;
R1, R2 and R6 are independently H, alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkenyl, cycloalkylalkyl, aryl, arylalkyl, arylalkenyl, arylalkynyl,
heteroaryl, heteroarylalkyl, heteroarylalkenyl, heteroarylalkynyl, or heterocycle, optionally substituted;
with a proviso that R1 is not 3-monomethyl-substituted.
