1. An apparatus, comprising:
a single piezoelectric actuator;
a blade having a rake shape coupled to the actuator and including a base portion with flat prongs extending therefrom in a
same plane; and
a heat sink having a base and a plurality of protruding fins,
wherein at least a portion of the flat prongs is positioned between the fins of the heat sink at an angle that is transverse
to a plane of the base of the heat sink.
