1. A method of operating a thermal imaging camera for selective temperature imaging, comprising the steps of:
analyzing thermal image data for a scene to determine a highest temperature in said scene in response to receiving a command
to enter a selective temperature imaging mode;
displaying a thermal image of said scene with the portions of the image equal to said highest temperature displayed in a predetermined
hue and the remainder of the image displayed in grayscale, such that the highest temperature portions of the thermal image
are selectively highlighted in said predetermined hue in contrast to the grayscale display of the remaining portions of the
thermal image.
