1. A reflector comprising:
a reflection substrate; and
an optical diffusion layer deposited on the reflection substrate so as to flatten the surface thereof,
wherein the reflection substrate is provided with a plurality of reflection inclined planes continuously formed on a surface
thereof with a stripe geometry in plan view and a surface of each refection inclined plane is provided with concave portions
having a depth within a range of 0.3 μm to 3 μm irregularly, adjacent concave portions arranged irregularly at a pitch between
1 μm and 30 μm, and
wherein the optical diffusion layer is a transparent resin or a transparent adhesive having fine particles dispersed therein,
and a thickness of a thickest portion of the optical diffusion layer is in the range of between 30 μm and 200 μm.
