1. A method of serial nuclear transfer comprising:
(i) providing a transgenic reconstructed ungulate embryo comprising a nucleus from a cultured diploid ungulate differentiated
cell, wherein said embryo is capable of cell division;
(ii) culturing said embryo;
(iii) splitting said embryo into cells; and
(iv) inserting the nuclei of said cells into enucleated oocytes of the same species to reconstruct viable embryos.
