1. A cosmetic composition for UV protection, comprising a sunscreen having a methoxycinnamate structure and 5 wt % or less of polar oil based on the total weight of the composition,
wherein the sunscreen having a methoxycinnamate structure and the polar oil are in a weight ratio from 1:0.01 to 1:0.4,
wherein the sunscreen having a methoxycinnamate structure comprises at least one selected from the group consisting of ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, isoamyl p-methoxycinnamate and cinoxate, and
wherein the polar oil comprises at least one selected from the group consisting of cetylethyl hexanoate, caprylic/capric glycerides, phenethyl benzoate, dicaprylyl carbonate, C12-C15 alkyl benzoates and octocrylene.
