An organic electroluminescent device, comprising: an anode layer, a cathode layer, and a light-emitting layer disposed between the anode layer and the cathode layer, wherein the light-emitting layer comprises a thermally activated delayed fluorescent material, and a structural formula of the thermally activated delayed fluorescent material is shown in the following structural formula I:
