AS A RESULT OF REEXAMINATION, IT HAS BEEN DETERMINED THAT:
The patentability of claims 1-15 and 22 is confirmed.
Claims 16-21 and 23-24 are cancelled.
New claims 25-43 are added and determined to be patentable.
1. A LED lamp package structure, comprising:
a plurality of light emitting diodes, each light emitting diode having two electrode ends and one of the electrode ends being a common electrode end;
a control integrated circuit, having a data input electrode, a data output electrode, a positive power-in electrode, and a negative power-in electrode, and electrically connected to the light emitting diodes, wherein the control integrated circuit receives external control data via the data input electrode to control the illumination state of each light emitting diode according to the external control data;
a first conductor, a second conductor, a third conductor, and a fourth conductor, the first conductor being a positive DC voltage pad and connected to the common electrode of each light emitting diode and the positive power-in electrode of the control integrated circuit, the second conductor being connected to the data input electrode, the third conductor being connected to the data output electrode, the fourth conductor being a negative DC voltage pad and connected to the negative power-in electrode of the control integrated circuit; and
a package body encapsulating the light emitting diodes, the control integrated circuit and the conductors, a portion of the first conductor, the second conductor, the third conductor, and the fourth conductor being exposed outside the package body.
[ 25. The light emitting diode lamp package structure according to claim 1, wherein
the package body comprises a first side and a second side parallel to the first side, and
the positive DC voltage pad and the negative DC voltage pad are on one of the first side or the second side.]

the package body comprises a first side and a second side parallel to the first side, and
the positive DC voltage pad is on the first side and the negative DC voltage pad is on the second side.]
[ 27. The light emitting diode lamp package structure according to claim 1, wherein
the package body comprises a first side, a second side parallel to the first side, and a third side orthogonal to both the first side and the second side,
the positive DC voltage pad is on the first side or the second side, and
the package body further comprises a light emitting window located on the third side.]
[ 28. The light emitting diode lamp package structure according to claim 1, wherein the package body is rectangular.]
[ 29. The light emitting diode lamp package structure according to claim 28, wherein the positive DC voltage pad and the negative DC voltage pad are on opposing sides of the rectangular package body.]
[ 30. The light emitting diode lamp package structure according to claim 28, wherein the positive DC voltage pad and the negative DC voltage pad are on the same side of the rectangular package body.]
[ 31. The light emitting diode lamp package structure according to claim 28, wherein the data input electrode and the data output electrode are on opposing sides of the rectangular package body.]
[ 32. The light emitting diode lamp package structure according to claim 28, wherein the positive DC voltage pad and the data input electrode are on the same side of the rectangular package body.]

[ 36. The light emitting diode lamp package structure according to claim 28, further comprising a second positive DC voltage pad, wherein:
the positive DC voltage pad and the second positive DC voltage pad are disposed on two opposing sides of the rectangular package body.]
[ 37. The light emitting diode lamp package structure according to claim 28, further comprising a second negative DC voltage pad, wherein:
the negative DC voltage pad and the second negative DC voltage pad are disposed on two opposing sides of the rectangular package body.]

[ 39. The light emitting diode lamp package structure according to claim 1, wherein the first conductor, the second conductor, the third conductor, and the fourth conductor are configured for use with a printed circuit board (PCB) or a light bar requiring surface mount device (SMD) solder.]
[ 40. The light emitting diode lamp package structure according to claim 1, wherein the first conductor and the fourth conductor are connected to a same side of the package body.]
[ 41. The light emitting diode lamp package structure according to claim 1, wherein the second conductor and the third conductor are connected to two opposing sides of the package body.]
