A kit for detecting and typing a plurality of human papillomavirus (HPV) subtypes, comprising a recombinase polymerase amplification (RPA) primer set for the plurality of HPV subtypes, a Cas12a protein, a crRNA set for detecting the plurality of HPV subtypes, and a reporter molecule, wherein RPA primers in the RPA primer set consist of the nucleotide sequences SEQ ID NO: 1 to SEQ ID NO: 18, and crRNAs in the crRNA set consist of the nucleotide sequences SEQ ID NO: 19 to SEQ ID NO: 27.
