1. An information processing method comprising:
acquiring a captured image of a pre-passage side area of a first gate corresponding to a first lane, the captured image including at least a part of a pre-passage side area of a second gate corresponding to a second lane adjacent to the first lane;
detecting a feature amount of a person moving on the first lane and a feature amount of a person moving on the second lane from the captured image; and
recognizing the person moving on the first lane on a basis of the feature amount of the person moving on the first lane who is located in a center area and the feature amount of the person moving on the second lane who is located in an end area in a horizontal direction in the captured image.
