1. A chemically strengthened glass, comprising:
a glass having a surface and a compressive stress layer formed on the surface,
wherein the glass has a compressive stress value (CS0) on the surface of 800 MPa or more, the glass has a sheet thickness (t) of 100 μm or more, the glass, before being chemically strengthened, has a surface resistivity of 1013.5Ω or less, the compressive stress layer has a depth (DOL) of (t×0.14) μm or more, and CSB>CSA>0, where DB is a depth of a maximum compressive stress value, the depth being in a range of 10 μm or more and not more than DOL from the surface; CSB is the compressive stress value at the depth DB; DA is a depth of a minimum compressive stress value, the depth being in a range of equal to or less than DB from the surface of the glass; and CSA is the compressive stress value at the depth DA.
