1. A method of constructing a wall of a structure comprising:
traversing a printer assembly in two axes to form a first layer of extrudable building materials and traversing the printer assembly in an axis orthogonal to the two axes to form subsequent layers of extrudable building materials;
depositing a plurality of layers of an extrudable building material on a foundation, wherein a subset of the layers is formed comprising:
depositing a portion of a bead of the extrudable material to form an end cap portion of an enclosed border of the wall at an opening or at least one intersection of an exterior and an interior wall;
depositing a plurality of beads of the extrudable material within the enclosed border to form an infill of at least a portion of the wall;
depositing the portion of bead perpendicular to form a perpendicular bead between opposing sides of the enclosed border and spaced at a parallel distance from the end cap portion of the enclosed border of the wall to form a polygonal hollow core between the perpendicular bead and the end cap portion exclusive of the infill; and
filling the polygonal hollow core with an elongated metal member and a cement mixture extending vertically substantially a height relative to the opening.
