1. A method of displaying a communication session, comprising:
enabling communications of the communication session between a first user and a second user, the communications of the communication session comprising a video component in each of at least two directions of the communication session;
providing an obscuring effect to the video component of the communication session to obscure the video component in at least one of the at least two directions of the communication session;
detecting at least one trigger; and
removing some of the obscuring effect from the video component in at least one of the at least two directions upon detecting a first at least one of the at least one trigger, so that the video component in the at least one of the at least two directions of the communication session becomes clearer.
