1. A compound represented by formula (IVc):

wherein R1 and R7 are each independently selected from the group consisting of H, D, halogen, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted aryl, substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl, substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl, and substituted or unsubstituted heterocycloalkyl;
R2 and R5 are each independently selected from the group consisting of H, 2H and substituted or unsubstituted alkyl;
R3 is selected from the group consisting of H, D, halogen, and substituted or unsubstituted alkyl;
R12 and R13 are each selected from the group consisting of: H, halogen, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted aryl, alkoxy, —COOCH3, —CONHCH3,

in which * indicates attachment point; and provided that at least one of R12 and R13 is H or F;
R14 is H, halogen, or C1-6 alkyl;
R15 is H or C1-6 alkyl;
R20 and R21 are each independently selected from the group consisting of H, halogen, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted alkenyl, substituted or unsubstituted alkynyl, substituted or unsubstituted aryl, substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl, substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl, and substituted or unsubstituted heterocycloalkyl; alternately R20 and R21 together with the N to which they are attached form a 5- or 6-membered heterocyclic ring; and
p is selected from 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5.
