11. An image sensor comprising:
a substrate comprising a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface;
four unit pixels, wherein each of the four unit pixels comprises two photoelectric conversion regions;
a filter unit comprising four filters, wherein each of the four filters is on the two photoelectric conversion regions in each of the four unit pixels;
a first isolation layer between adjacent ones of the four unit pixels; and
a second isolation layer between the two photoelectric conversion regions in each of the four unit pixels,
wherein the four filters comprise a cyan color filter and a red color filter,
wherein the four unit pixels are arranged in a two-by-two array, and
wherein the image sensor is configured to receive light through the second surface.
