1. A method for heating fracturing fluid, the method comprising:
detachably connecting a first end of an exhaust air connection disposed on a first transport to an outlet for exhaust air of a gas turbine disposed on a second transport, wherein a heat transfer assembly is disposed on the first transport between the first end and a second end of the exhaust air connection;
detachably coupling an exhaust stack disposed on a third transport to the second end of the exhaust air connection, the exhaust stack outputting the exhaust air of the gas turbine;
flowing source fluid through the heat transfer assembly;
transferring, within the heat transfer assembly, thermal energy from the exhaust air flowing through the exhaust air connection to the source fluid to generate a heated source fluid;
discharging the heated source fluid from the heat transfer assembly to a blender; and
mixing at least one of a proppant and a chemical with the heated source fluid in the blender to create the heated fracturing fluid.
