1. A system comprising
a memory that stores computer executable components;
a processor that executes the computer executable components stored in the memory, wherein the computer executable components comprise:
a first sensing component that receives object data from a sensor element of a first helmet device comprising an outer shell layer and an interior protective layer, wherein the interior protective layer comprises a set of inflatable cells;
a generation component that generates a natural intelligence processing response corresponding to operability of the first helmet device based on at least one algorithm corresponding to a target use of the first helmet device, wherein the natural intelligence processing response comprises:
processing event data grouped into nodes and node linkages across categories of information that predict an impact, wherein the processing event data determines a response by the first helmet device to the impact, wherein the first helmet device comprises:
a gas delivery component configured to trigger, based on the object data or the native intelligence data, a gas delivery system to adjust a pressure condition of a subset of inflatable cells of the set of inflatable cells in coordination with a gas delivery system, wherein a first set of high pressure valves and a second set of low pressure valves of the gas delivery system are connected to a set of high pressure lines and low pressure lines respectively that connect to base portions of the set of inflatable cells via first stud members connected to the base portions; and
a control component configured to trigger, based on the object data or the native intelligence data a control system of the helmet device to control a position of a first subset of valves and a second subset of valves of the gas delivery system, a regulation of a gas flow within the first set of high pressure valves and the second set of low pressure valves based on the position, or another position of one or more sensor embedded within the helmet element.
