1. A method of producing a particulate material for a battery cell from a liquid mixture, comprising:
generating and jetting one or more streams of mono-sized droplets from the liquid mixture into a dispersion chamber of the processing system using one or more power jet modules of the processing system, wherein each power jet module comprises one or more power jets and one or more actuators;
moving the one or more power jets to be correspondingly connected to one or more openings on a chamber wall of the dispersion chamber using the one or more actuators;
delivering one or more first gases into one or more first gas flows inside a processing system;
carrying the one or more streams of the mono-sized droplets from the dispersion chamber into a reaction chamber of the processing system using the one or more first gas flows;
forming one or more gas-liquid mixture having the one or more first gases and the streams of the mono-sized droplets;
reacting the gas-liquid mixture inside a reaction chamber of the processing system for a residence time; and
forming a gas-solid mixture having the particulate material and the one or more first gases.
