1. A lavatory system within an internal cabin of a vehicle, the lavatory system comprising:
an enclosure within the internal cabin, wherein the enclosure defines an interior chamber,
wherein the enclosure comprises:
a first end wall;
an inboard wall indirectly connected to the first end wall, wherein the inboard wall faces an aisle of the internal cabin;
a second end wall connected to the inboard wall, wherein the second end wall is opposite from the first end wall, wherein the second end wall faces an egress path of the internal cabin; and
an outboard wall connected to the first end wall;
a first lavatory unit within the interior chamber, wherein the first lavatory unit is within the enclosure; and
a second lavatory unit within the interior chamber, wherein the second lavatory unit is within the enclosure, wherein the first lavatory unit is inboard in relation to a central longitudinal plane of the internal cabin from the second lavatory unit, wherein the second lavatory unit is outboard in relation to the central longitudinal plane of the internal cabin from the first lavatory unit, and wherein the first lavatory unit is adjacent to the second lavatory unit.
