1. An apparatus comprising:
one or more processors; and
one or more memories storing instructions which, when processed by the one or more processors, cause:
a meeting assist process executing on the apparatus to receive, over one or more communications networks, a meeting request for meeting assistance, the meeting request including meeting background information;
prior to start of a meeting based on the meeting request, the meeting assist process executing on the apparatus to instantiate an information gathering module to:
automatically parse the meeting background information to form one or more queries for collecting data across a plurality of data sources;
query a plurality of data sources to gather information; and
distribute the gathered information automatically to predetermined locations;
the meeting assist process executing on the apparatus to instantiate a meeting artificial intelligence module to monitor the meeting and apply artificial intelligence to automatically detect meeting progress and track meeting progress;
the meeting assist process executing on the apparatus to automatically instantiate a summarization artificial intelligence module upon the meeting ending to generate a meeting analysis including at least a post-meeting summary and sentiment analysis; and
the meeting assist process executing on the apparatus to automatically distribute (1) the meeting analysis, with the sentiment analysis, to a shared repository database or a predetermined email list and (2) the meeting analysis, without the sentiment analysis, to a different shared repository database or a different predetermined email list.
