1. An organic compound comprising the following structure of Chemical Formula 1:

wherein:
each of R1 and R2 is independently hydrogen, an unsubstituted or substituted C1-C20 alkyl group, or an unsubstituted or substituted hetero aromatic group having one to three carbazolyl moieties, wherein at least one of R1 and R2 is the hetero aromatic group;
each of m and n is the number of substituent and is independently an integer between 0 (zero) to 4;
each of R3 to R6 is independently hydrogen, an unsubstituted or substituted C1-C20 alkyl group, an unsubstituted or substituted C1-C20 alkoxy group, an unsubstituted or substituted C6-C30 aromatic group or an unsubstituted or substituted C3-C30 hetero aromatic group;
X is O or S; and
each of Y1 to Y3 is independently N or CR7, wherein R7 is hydrogen, an unsubstituted or substituted C1-C20 alkyl group, an unsubstituted or substituted C1-C20 alkoxy group, an unsubstituted or substituted C6-C30 aromatic group or an unsubstituted or substituted C3-C30 hetero aromatic group, and further wherein at least one of Y1 to Y3 is N.
