1. A light emitting device comprising:
a first electrode;
a second electrode facing the first electrode; and
at least one emission layer disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode, wherein
the at least one emission layer comprises a polycyclic compound represented by Formula 1:

a to c are each independently 1 or 2,
X1 and X2 are each independently O or N(Ra),
Ra is a hydrogen atom, a deuterium atom, a halogen atom, a cyano group, a substituted or unsubstituted amine group, a substituted or unsubstituted boryl group, a substituted or unsubstituted oxy group, a substituted or unsubstituted thio group, a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group having 6 to 30 ring-forming carbon atoms, or a substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl group having 2 to 30 ring-forming carbon atoms,
Y1 to Y3 are each independently a hydrogen atom, a deuterium atom, a halogen atom, a cyano group, a substituted or unsubstituted amine group, a substituted or unsubstituted boryl group, a substituted or unsubstituted oxy group, a substituted or unsubstituted thio group, a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group having 6 to 30 ring-forming carbon atoms, or a substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl group having 2 to 30 ring-forming carbon atoms, and
at least one of Y1 to Y3 is a group represented by Formula Z1 or Formula Z2,
provided that when X1 and X2 are each O:
at least one of Y2 is a group represented by Formula Z1; and
at least one of Y1 is a tert-butyl group; and
at least one of Y3 is a tert-butyl group:

custom character represents a binding site to a neighboring atom.
