1. A system comprising:
a communication portal configured to transmit and receive information over a communication network;
an interface configured to allow user operation and interaction via the communication network; and
a processor configured to execute computer-executable instructions in order to:
access, from one or more databases, one or more database records for each alphanumeric record in a list of validated alphanumeric records received via the interface and associated with a first entity, wherein at least one unique vehicle identifier exists for each alphanumeric record and each alphanumeric record is associated with a vehicle, wherein each database record includes a history of vehicle events associated with the at least one unique vehicle identifier;
identify, for each of the one or more database records, a vehicle event for inclusion in an electronic event notification based on applying one or more rules associated with the first entity to the one or more database records;
determine a plurality of subsets of vehicle events, wherein each subset of vehicle events is associated with a negative history event type;
determine a count of vehicle events for each of the plurality of subsets of vehicle events;
in response to a determination that an estimated risk associated with the count of vehicle events exceeds a corresponding threshold value, automatically generate the electronic event notification; and
transmit, to a remote user device via the communication portal, the electronic event notification.
