1. A compound of Formula (I):

R1 is selected from the group consisting of F, Cl, Br and I;
R2 is selected from the group consisting of C2-5 alkyl optionally substituted with one or more, identical or different, substituents R8 and C3-5 cycloalkyl optionally substituted with one or more, identical or different, substituents R8 and wherein one —CH2— in the C2-5 alkyl or C3-5 cycloalkyl is optionally replaced by —O—;
R3 is selected from the group consisting of deuterium, Cl and F;
R4 is C1-3 alkanediyl, which may be optionally substituted with one or more, identical or different, substituents R8,
R5 is selected from the group consisting of H, C1-5 alkyl, C2-5 alkenyl, C2-5 alkynyl, and C3-6 cycloalkyl, each of which may be optionally substituted with one or more, identical or different, substituents R7; phenyl optionally substituted with one or more, identical or different, substituents R9; and benzyl optionally substituted with one or more, identical or different, substituents R9;
R6 is selected from the group consisting of C1-5 alkyl and C3-5 cycloalkyl, each of which may be optionally substituted with one or more, identical or different, substituents R7;
R7 is independently selected from the group consisting of deuterium and F; —R8 is independently selected from the group consisting of deuterium, F and C1-3 alkyl optionally substituted with one or more, identical or different, substituents R7;
R9 is independently selected from the group consisting of deuterium, methoxy, nitro, cyano, Cl, Br, I and F; and
n is an integer 0, 1, 2 or 3; and
X is O, S, SO or SO2;
or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, hydrate, polymorph, tautomer, or solvate thereof; with the proviso that when R1 is Br, R2 is isopropyl, R4 is methylene, R5 is H, R6 is CH3, and X is O then n is not zero.
